RSA is one of Bangladesh's premier structured finance, M&A and private equity houses. Our team has extensive knowledge and experience in structured finance, fixed-income, treasury, equity capital markets, M&A, private equity and corporate advisory services.
We are opportunistic strategic investor (PE) specially in banks and Financial Institutions and selected manufacturing companies in our geographic area.
Our financial sector investment includes significant minority stakes in NBFI and Life Insurance sectors. RSA focuses on enhancing value in its invested companies through strategic restructuring and implementing industry best practices to increase shareholder value.
