Throughout his illustrious career, Mr. Sattar has held key leadership roles in numerous prominent banks and financial institutions, both in Bangladesh and internationally. Mr. Sattar began his career with ANZ Grindlays Bank in 1981, where he later had the opportunity to work overseas with postings in Mumbai and Melbourne. Upon returning from Australia, he successfully established the country’s first Investment Banking Arm/Corporate Finance Unit and contributed to the Corporate Banking Division of ANZ Grindlays Bank. In 1995, he advanced to the role of Head of Corporate and Investment Banking.
His tenure as Managing Director and CEO of two leading private commercial banks in the country—Eastern Bank Limited and The City Bank Limited—earned him significant recognition within the banking community. Under his leadership, vision, knowledge, and experience, Mr. Sattar revolutionized the organizational culture, enhanced technological capabilities, and ensured the business growth of both the banks, enabling them to compete effectively with international banks in the country.
Until recently, he served as an Independent Director and Chairman of the Board Executive Committee of BRAC Bank Limited, Chairman of IPDC Finance Limited, and Board Director of bKash Limited. Alongside his responsibilities as the Chairman of RSA Advisory Limited, he is currently the Chairman of Blue Wealth Assets Limited, an asset management company.
Md. Farhad Ahamed is a seasoned investment banker with over 15 years of experience in financial strategy, capital markets, M&A, and corporate finance. As Executive Director at RSA Advisory Limited, he leads high-profile transactions, capital raising, and financial structuring, providing strategic advice to institutional and corporate clients across global markets, including the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
Farhad has played a pivotal role in executing landmark deals, including the acquisitions of Edotco, IPDC, and Petromax by SHV—one of Bangladesh’s largest M&A transactions—and securing nearly US$ 1.1 billion in subordinated and corporate bond issuances. He has also leveraged his expertise in the DIFC market to advise clients on cross-border investments, capital raising, and structuring deals that comply with the region’s regulatory framework. His deep understanding of both local and international markets positions him as a trusted advisor for clients navigating the complexities of the DIFC’s financial ecosystem.
Previously, Farhad held key roles at RACE Management PCL and Apex Investments Ltd., where he specialized in equity research, financial modeling, and market analysis. He holds an MBA in Finance from the IBA, University of Dhaka, and a BBA from BRAC University.

Md. Arefur Rahman is a seasoned Chief Information Officer with over 18+ years of experience in driving strategic transformation and operational excellence through IT innovation. With a solid foundation in IT Infrastructure, Automation, and ERP consulting, Arefur has consistently delivered impactful solutions that streamline processes, reduce costs, and align IT operations with business goals. His tenure as Head of IT at Apex Investments Limited saw him lead the development of Bangladesh’s first mobile trading app for the Dhaka Stock Exchange, marking a significant milestone in digital transformation for the financial sector.

Nahid Soharab Mustafi, Manager (Fixed Income & Equities), is a seasoned investment professional having 10 years of diversified experience in Project Finance, Corporate Finance, Structured Finance, Financial Management of Large Conglomerates, Real Estate, Power Plants, Manufacturing business endeavors & investment management in Bangladesh.
Alongside, he is well equipped with distinguished knowledge in Money market, Capital market, financial modeling, and rigorous macroeconomic analysis. To date he has dynamically participated in raising capital funds for over USD 200 million from different transactions.
In addition to that, he is experienced in dealing with investment appraisal for big funds, especially Foreign direct investments (FDIs) both locally & internationally. On top of that, he has special knacks to collaborate with Banks & NBFIs on behalf of the clientele.

Md Muyeedul Islam Muyeed brings over 6+ years of experience in the finance sector of Bangladesh. Muyeed started his career in 2018 at Maslin Capital Limited, a pioneering Venture Capital Firm in Bangladesh. There, he played a pivotal role in the establishment of the firm’s first Venture Capital Fund.
Muyeed’s tenure at Maslin was marked by his hands-on involvement with over 30 start-ups, where he assessed their performance, financial requirements, projections, and valuations, thus facilitating fund disbursement through Maslin’s Venture Capital Fund.
In 2019, He joined RSA Advisory Limited, where he assumed the role of an analyst. Currently he is working here as an Associate. Within this capacity, he has been instrumental in orchestrating and concluding over 10 high-value transactions, each averaging BDT 250 crore. He have worked on and closed 10+ deals each worth about BDT 250 crore on average ranging from Corporate Bonds, Tier-2 bonds for banks, debt financing, equity financing, preference shares and merger & acquisition.
